She has consistently obtained excellent grades in school and has been involved in many extracurricular activities, including serving as the Vice President of Kaskaskia Ag Club for next year. Ever since she was a little girl she has taken an active role in the success of Four Streams Dairy.”
Klipp shares, “After graduating from Kaskaskia College, I plan to transfer to either Kansas State University or Iowa State University to major in Dairy Science and minor in Agribusiness. This combination of studies will equip me with both the technical knowledge and business insight needed to contribute meaningfully to the dairy industry. My ultimate goal is to return home and work alongside my parents on our family dairy farm, while also pursuing a career as either a farm consultant or a veterinary technician.
In every step of my journey, I am committed to honoring my family’s legacy, helping farms thrive, and inspiring future generations to carry the dairy industry forward. This blend of personal dedication, academic growth, and professional ambition drives me to make a lasting impact in the field I love.”
Breck Averhoff, Garden City, KS
The second honoree is Breck Averhoff of Garden City, KS. He is a senior at Ingalls High School and maintains a 4.0 GPA in high school, as well as Dodge City Community College and Garden City Community College in accelerated programs.
Averhoff has been very active in FFA locally and nationally, winning several awards and serving as chapter officer and on the district level.

Cole Radcliff, Manager of Royal Farms in Garden City, KS states, “I have had the great pleasure of getting to know Breck over the past 10+ years, as well as having the opportunity to work closely with him for the past three and a half years. During this time, he has consistently demonstrated his reliability and dedication to the dairy industry, and I can say with confidence that he has never let me down.”
Radcliff continues, “I am certain that Breck possesses the drive and ambition necessary to succeed in any future endeavors. Given his strong work ethic and passion for the dairy industry, I have no doubt he will represent your organization in a positive and devoted way.”
Averhoff states, “Amid my time in the Agribusiness program at Kansas State University I plan to bolster my knowledge and understanding of the dairy sector with the vigorous and comprehensive curriculum that they have to offer, while building strong connections that will equip me with insight from an innovative and experienced group of individuals. Furthermore, I look to utilize summer internship programs, agriculture-centered communities, and dairy-focused courses to expand my understanding beyond my prior experience in the industry.
Upon graduation, I am dedicated to using my education and the opportunities I’ve experienced to my advantage as I pursue a professional career in the dairy industry. As I look to become a third generation dairy farmer, I am aware that this industry is one of rapid change and constant challenges. With this, I am excited to show my passion for the dairy sector. I am committed to developing it into one of sustainability, innovation, quality, and improvement through my involvement in dairy production. In addition to becoming a producer, I find it necessary to serve as a voice for agriculture. With the connection between agriculture and society becoming more and more distant, I believe I can use my position to bridge this gap.”
