  • Yes, the Kansas Dairy Commission offers two $1,000 scholarships in honor of Warren Winter.

    Qualifications:
    1) Applicant must be from a Kansas dairy farm that participates in the KDC check-off program.
    2) Applicant must be attending or planning to attend a post-secondary college or university.
